How It Works

We’ll chat on a 20-minute discovery call to understand the scope of your requirements and together we’ll explore whether my visualise is the best service for your room.

You will be sent a comprehensive client questionnaire to complete and will be asked to provide accurate room measurements, along with supporting photos/videos.

Once the completed client questionnaire, room measurements, and photos/videos have been returned, a one-hour online consultation will be arranged for us to chat through everything in detail.

Following our consultation, I will then get to work producing your detailed design pack.

We will arrange a one-hour online presentation to talk you through your detailed design pack, followed by the chance to request one set of revisions, if needed.

Once your final design pack is delivered, it’s time for you to bring it to life! You’ll also benefit from two weeks of ongoing design support from me during this stage.

My Visualise service is all done virtually, meaning it’s a convenient online interior design service if you aren’t located in Liverpool, Wirral or Cheshire. It’s also perfect if have trusted tradespeople or the DIY skills yourself to bring it to life in your own time.

Yes, provided the existing layout and location of the main fixtures and fittings are staying the same. Visualise is ideal if you’re looking to refresh the look and feel of your kitchen or bathroom through changes to colour, finishes, lighting, furniture and styling.
If you’re planning a new layout that involves relocating plumbing, utilities or major fixtures, this falls outside the scope of the Visualise service due to the additional technical considerations involved. In this case, my Transform service would be a better fit.

Not a problem! With so many interior design styles out there, it can be tricky to know what suits you best. That’s where I come in! In our comprehensive client questionnaire and during our initial online consultation, I’ll ask the right questions and review any inspirational images you have to uncover what resonates with you. My goals is to define your unique style and create a space that feels like home.

I typically allow around four weeks per room for the initial design. However, the timeline can vary depending on the scope of your requirements. I'll provide a more accurate estimate during our discovery call.

Artwork is such a personal choice, and I believe the right piece should be something you genuinely connect with. For this reason, artwork sourcing isn’t included. However, I can advise on the right size and placement of artwork for your space, as well as recommend suppliers to explore.

I don’t recommend contractors. Since my online interior design service is available nationwide, I can't suggest tradespeople I haven’t worked with directly. Even for local clients, I don’t provide contractor recommendations, as I won’t be managing or overseeing their work and therefore cannot be held responsible for the outcome.

Yes, from when you receive your final design pack I offer two weeks of support during my working hours.
